Hello, SampleCo!
Welcome to Groops! You can think of Groops as a group connection bootcamp where you and your colleagues will take part in expert-guided conversations around key areas of focus. In every Groop, you will learn about elements of connection and then practice applying new knowledge and skills together.
Deepen connections to feel and do your best, together.
Grounded in the psychology-based pillars of group connection, Groops helps colleagues build stronger relationships and grow together through ongoing interactive workshop series.

Schedule a 1:1 Groop Guidance session!
Each program member can schedule one-on-one sessions with your cohort Groop Guide to ask questions, focus on professional growth, and simply have a private space to talk openly about the things on your mind related to work. If you are not sure where to begin, your Groop Guide will help you start with the prompts below:
What is the best part and most difficult part of working on your team?
If you could change anything about work, what would it be?
In an ideal state, what does professional growth look like for you?
When do you feel most and least fulfilled at work and why?
What is most on your mind about work? Let's start there.
Each one-on-one session is 30 minutes. Maximum of two sessions per member per series.
Program cohorts: January – April
To make the sessions as effective as possible and ensure everyone has space to contribute, we have organized all program members into smaller groups, listed here. This is the group you will do your upcoming program series with.
