About Groops

Groops is a psychology-based platform designed to improve team connection and performance in the modern work landscape. We bring in experts in group and organizational psychology to provide affordable, subscription-based services that can be accessed virtually or in-person.

Why? In today's disconnected era, employees are stressed, disengaged, and leaving their jobs in record numbers, resulting in a loss of $406 billion per year for U.S. organizations. Founded by Dr. Bobbi Wegner, a psychologist and lecturer at Harvard in organizational psychology, Groops focuses on unlocking the power of the group through psychology to strengthen working relationships within teams.

Our user-friendly platform simplifies program planning, employee activation, and outcome tracking for organizations aiming to prioritize their people and improve motivation, engagement, and retention. We offer ongoing expert recommendations and are dedicated to building a more connected future of work.

Our practice-based programs help teams and work groups:

  • Decode individual strengths and group dynamics to help the group function better together

  • Improve group communication and collaboration by making everyone feel included and valued

  • Contribute to building a thriving culture where everyone is motivated to be and do their best

When people are connected to the group, they perform better and stay longer. And it just feels good.

A healthy organizational culture is a healthy group, at scale.

Culture does not come from the top down. It is built from inside of every work group. The healthier your work groups, the healthier your organizational culture as a whole.
